The worst customer service I have ever experienced

Ordered 4 items from Uniqlo. One item was missing from my delivery - I raised a case for this over a week ago and Uniqlo has still not refunded me for my missing item. The mistake was made by their warehouse, but they are treating me as if I am at fault - they don't update me on the status of my "case" and say they need to wait for a response from their warehouse enquiry before they can update me. I have phoned 5 times now and still no refund. In addition I returned 2 of the other items I ordered and have not received a refund or update on those either. As far as I can tell Uniqlo have now stolen over £250 of my money with no intent to refund! Their customer service agents have been unhelpful and don't respond to emails.
