I was in Urban outfitters in temple bar with my 2 teenage daughters. We shopped for over an hour (where staff was very busy chatting to each other, and too busy to help) went to take our purchases up to the counter/ register . My daughter who attends DCU and does not have photo ID showed her college email so that she could get the student discount. ( most girls of her age are a student somewhere) The girl at the register was so rude, and when I asked to speak to a manager she said if I wanted to wait for awhile. Girl at register was so very unhelpful, rude, petty! Urban Outfitters your customer service is nonexistent! You can keep your overpriced, unethically sourced tat!!! One star is one to many
