Don’t expect to get your money back.... Urban Outfitter placed A pre-authorisation when the order is placed to ensure that the appropriate funds are available. But if they are not able to deliver, they do nothing to ensure that the customer gets the money back. Disappointing! But I don’t think that they care at all.
