I am very disappointed in Venmo services. Venmo app deactivated my account saying I went against their policies because of my suspicious activity. I reported to them when I noticed two deposits from a person I do not know to help me handle this matter. When they asked for proof of ID, I sent them on their Venmo form. In return, they blamed me for violating Venmo policies without any explanation and punished me by permanently deactivating my account. I am very anger with Venmo services in how they handled my concerned situation regarding my account and they assumed I was to blame for violating their policies without any explanation against their policies. You should take into careful consideration to have Venmo app services, and hope this situation never happens to you. Thank you.
