$108.00 usd was sent to an old venmo account not my new one. I called venmo customer care and the employee that answered was immediately rude but at end of call he said he wanted to verify from person that sent $108.00 usd, cool. The person called his direct number he provided and he told that person I said she owed me $500 usd not $108.00 and also that he thinks I'm a scammer. So she 3 way me and informed me of what he said. Venmo customer care immediately hung up. I have recording, ticket number, and his direct work number for proof. We are looking for legal representation now.
