I called venmo to find out why I was biting charge a fee when somebody sent me money took me to a line dude said he was a demo then he talked through me through remote access to my phone then he told me which friend can we send $998 to I told him he said have her send it back well I started to think it was pretty scamish at the time and I knew it was that the end when he told me I had to take a MasterCard through venmo when I called it took me from one line to another to another to a foreign guy talking to me and he was basically seeing my bank account and everything cuz I allowed him the remote access it's a big scam be careful all I can tell you is their customer service is being overran by scammers be careful
