Venmo sucks. Their website is not built for people who have problems using their apps. The website recommends doing one thing, but it then routes you back to where you started. They make it nearly impossible to talk to customer service. I was trying to set up an account, but the experience was so awful I'm sticking with CashApp. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. So glad I saw the full experience before participating.
