Hi, On the 15th of February I purchased online 3 body lotion and 1 mist from Victoria secret website. My purchase arrived in 4 days, in a dodgy bag, without receipt, and missing 1 body lotion. I messaged the company straight away asking about it the missing item. After a week the response was they will investigate. Today 04th of March, I still have no response about my problem, such neglect customer service. The worse I've seen in my life. DONT BUY ONLINE MY ADVICE! DISAPPOINTED
