Their customer service is horrible... I hardly use the card and I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years now as they were my very first credit card I opened. It took them 3 months to finally get me a new card, then I paid my account balance and was charged TWO DOLLARS afterward and never got a notice for this they then went on to charge me a TWO DOLLAR LATE FEE. Never got a call or anything about this.. fast forward to 6 months later I used the card again i usually use it every six months to keep it open.. my autopayments had been turned off and I didn't know because it is impossible to log into any comenity card account, they even admit there are always issues logging into the accounts. SO I missed a payment which never happens.. So I asked them to remove the late fee and please remove from my credit. They would only remove $15 of the $37 late fee and told me write a letter to have it removed... absolutely no help... then the guy goes on to tell me not his problem I don't know how to take care of my bills on time... TEN YEARS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH NO ISSUES AND THIS IS HOW THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TALKS TO PEOPLE?!? UNREAL! I will be closing my card.
