1. Support is ignoring requests. A complete lack of desire to understand the problem and bear responsibility.2. It Includes ridiculous AVs that shouldn't be considered at all, because they marks almost anything as bad just because their goal is to appear, otherwise such ridiculous AVs would never be noticed by anyone.3. This way it happens that VirusTotal, if used by a normal users (and not by a developer or IT people), is a problem because 3 bad results from unknown AV are enough to scared the standard user.So this is a damage against zillions of developers and software houses.VirusTotal keeps having in list these ridiculous AVs just to sport a big number and for this reason, for me 1 star it's even too much: should be a negative number since it's a damage to developers.
