Basically every time you think it can't get any worse with a German internet provider, it does. Upgraded my plan to the most expensive possible, got a Fritz Box and everything and supposedly I get "gigabit". Well I mostly when lucky get 300 mbit, sometimes I don't get anything at all and I NEVER get support because you can't reach anybody. Great job!
