The worst experience in Germany. Operators are unwilling or unable to help. English support is non existent and when they hear you speak english they hang up on you. My latest situation is I moved out of Germany and wanted to cancel my contract. I sent a letter, returned my router and gave my leaving document to them. I was notified that I would be charged for another year in accordance with 'German regulations' because I didn't do it properly. All this in German. I tried to call and get help on this and they said the best I could do was be charged for another 3 months!!! After 3 years their customer with no complaints about their useless internet this is what I got.
