Anti Foreigner Aggressive Customer Service

Vodafone "upgraded" my DSL to Cable Contract, but did not cancel my billing on my DSL Contract and continued to bill me for 2 contracts. Which makes absolute no sense and should be protected under Consumer Rights, but not here in Germany it seems. But apart from this huge error on their side which no help has been given to me and has costed me a lot of money. I want to write about how aggressive and anti-foreigner their customer service agents are. I am disgusted and appalled that a company in the EU, and in 2021 can speak to anyone in such a manner and language. I will be moving all my Vodafone contracts due to their treatment of foreigners and bad language used against a non German living in Germany. Both customer service employees should be fined and committed to community service for hate speech. Germany has no room for racists, or anti social behaviour.
