I have been a client at Vodafone since 2016. Since 2019 my Wlan has been very bad and quite often not existing. I decided to leave Vodafone, but a sales person called and told me that I could get a new router that was better if I signed a new contract. I signed the new contract and now they refuse to send a router. Crazy kundenservice!!! stay away.
