Booked through VRBO a rental in Svedala, Sweden weeks ago. Started having problems with the property management company NOVASOL immediately and it is clear it is a scam company that should not be allowed to advertise on VRBO. Warned VRBO weeks in advance that there were hidden fees and am unable to check-in. There is proof that I spoke to multiple agents at VRBO and wrote numerous emails to try to get this resolved, but no resolution. My valuable time wasted and lots of stress ! Had to book another property and am still waiting for my full refund. Will change my rating to 5 stars if VRBO finally refunds me. VRBO come on, this is insane. Vet your vendors and take care of your clients that have trusted you for years ! Jean by all appearances agrees with me, but is very slow to respond. I am still waiting for my full refund.
