Never use these guys... 12 Hours over 2 weeks, 5 supervisors and about 30 different agents and not a single action taken.. promises to call me back more times than I can remember but never once actioned.. hung up on and not called back and numerous times placed on hold for 3-5 minutes and an hour later still listening to awful hold music.. do not go near these guys.. stick with AirBNB.
