How do you do zero stars? Our apartment was mouldy and the shower didn’t work. Claimed they offered us an exchange place but can’t send the email proof of this, because there isn’t any as they never offered it. Had to stay somewhere else and can’t get our money back. Don’t use - Air bnb are so much better!!!
