We’re in 662 Cottage Dr at Napa’s Silverado Resort. There’s NO Heat. The coffee pot they claim to have, doesn’t work. There’s only 2 salad forks…We called customer service 2x, left messages, NO ONE returned the call. I will never forget and never rent again. I plan on finding out the owner of this unit. Pretty disappointed…
