I made two bookings yesterday and both were cancelled by owners because they said they had other plans for those dates and hadn't updated their calendars. I had spent a huge amouint of time on thr site finding suitable properties and now it seems all that time was wasted. I tried to tell customer service but they were not helpful - you can see their reply - but they didn't do anything useful - my advice is go to a more reliable booking site.
