Terrible company will never rent through VRBO again. All they do is take the home owners side and make you jump through hurdles to get anything done… when in fact you get nothing accomplished. I left a rental after one night (had it booked Nov 3-8) it was so dirty, many things broken and no battery in smoke detector yet listed as “luxury” I got zero dollars back from VRBO and I spent $2000 on that rental yet stayed less than 24hrs. They took my review down of the rental too so now that dirty unit only has 5 star reviews. What a scam company! How is this allowed?!
