This is my first experience using this app, it appealed as it was the platform where I found a very nice property for my xmas get away. I booked months in advance and was definitely worried about paying in advance. Fast forward to 3 days before travel and no information from the host, no answer to my in app message or direct text message. Spoke to the online customer services who also tried to contact the host (total 3 times I spoke with them and they tried to contact the host) now hours before I fly and 1 day from check in I have asked for a refund so I can source alternative accommodation. This has been agreed to and confirmed by email although the money has yet to land. I expected the worst given all the reviews but am happy they have refunded the money but very annoyed one of their partners! Has caused me so much hassle hours before I travel……
