This company is an absolute disgrace!Booked a summer holiday for my family at the end of the month. Within seconds the owner contacted me to say the property was double booked and Vrbo did not have authorisation from her to take immediate bookings either. They took my money immediately and the said I would only get 50% back as that’s their policy and it was cancelled! After escalating it further they finally agreed to refund in full but said it would take 15 days for my money to show in my account. Asked to speak to a manger and they hung up the phone! Have now contacted their CEO and my banks fraud squad as i now cannot book a summer holiday for my family. Absolutely gutted! PLEASE do not book with this company!!!
