Horrible company, will never book again. It is advertising non existent properties and unlike airbnb will not compensate you when a property is actually not available. No shame in treating their customers like that. If a company fails to deliver good service I expect to get compensated and not only a simple refund. You are the reason why I lost my precious time and don't want to admit it!
