Just awful customer service by the property and VRBO. The property I had reserved just decided to cancel on me for no reason. Gave no warning or anything. I just got an email that it had been cancelled. Then VRBO tells me I have to send them a credit card statement in order to get the refund. Yes, VRBO, let me wait for a month to get my statement in order to get a refund. Why do we put up with companies like this. Don't use them ever.
