After a very bad holiday experience, because of poor information on the web site, handling of the complaint was the worst I have ever experienced. Communication is extremely difficult, unclear, confusing, slow, and no significant action is taken. Promises to contact me were not kept. Case was closed without informing me. Zero result after weeks of trying.
