My accommodation was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice before I was due to travel. I was only told it was cancelled because I asked for the key code to gain access to the property. I was given little to no help to find alternative accommodation. To add insult to injury my refund will take 15 days for Vrbo to process! I've had to pay for alternative accommodation today.
