You find out how good any company's customer service is when things go wrong.... One star for easy booking and the host we ended up with all with no help from VRBO. Reserved 2 months in advance. (First host reserved 4 months in advance cancelled 2 months out) New Host cancelled on us last minute, 12 hours, literally on our way there and boom. Long story including VRBO empty promises to help secure an equal lodging, nothing. VRBO Guarantee to pay up to double original booking amount. 7 weeks dealing with them to get reimbursement with run-around every time we called. To fix this the CEO should be fired. No way to speak with anyone except low level gate keepers that promise they are working on it and will communicate via email in the next couple of days. Pathetic is all I have for these guys. Hope you get a good host if you try them. Afraid to leave my booking number in that I will never get our refund due.
