I generally like the quality of the items I find on Wayfair, but when I don't, their return process is HORRIBLE. I have stopped buying from them. Buyer pays the return shipping and you are almost forced to go through FedEx, which is not convenient to me at all. Customer service is always with folks in India or thereabouts, trained to give the usual canned responses, but not very good at problem resolution. Trump should bring customer service back to the US.
