I would not order anything from Wayfair. I ordered a rug and got a message that FedEx delivered it this morning. When I went to pick it up from the receiving room I learned it hadn’t been delivered. I reached out to Wayfair and got the runaround from three separate agents. Basically I was told that I had to wait four days before they would do anything. They don’t require FedEx to provide a signature or photo proof of delivery. It is beyond frustrating that in today’s day and age that this is their approach to shipping and customer service. I guess my experience validates their overall 1 star ratings. Wish I had looked at this before ordering.
