We recently purchased a wool rug for our bedroom for $720 but realuzed that it had a tear in it soon after we had laid it down. Wayfair responded quickly after we sent them pictures. They gave us a full refund and told us to donate the rug or put it out for trash. They were easy to deal with and responded within a few days. Since then we have bought 3 more rugs from them.
