Wayfair is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are inept and don’t care. I called immediately to let them know they had the wrong address to ship my products to. They said they couldn’t change it, even though I had put my new address in already. I put in a large order. Part of them are being prepared to ship, to the wrong address, and part are pending cancellation. They take care of nothing . Everything is just a request. How difficult is it to have a system in place to take care of that problem! I’m sure I’m not the only one to have this issue. How about using simple technology??? I am 68 years old and I have to have things shipped to a FedEx not even close to where I live. Some of it is furniture that I can’t lift or fit into my car. To say I’m frustrated, disappointed, angry and left in the lurch is an understatement of great proportions. They simply do not care. Never again!!!And please Wayfair don’t write that you’re sorry I had this experience. It’s obvious where you stand. Trust me, there is no happy dance. If they had negative stars you would have gotten a -10.
