I ordered a caramel color couch they sent me the wrong color (curry velvet). I immediately called the customer service line and spoke with 2 representatives to let them know it was a mistake. They said they will send me a return shipping label and I have to return to shipping company. I then told them both that the couch weighs over 200 lbs how do you expect me to return, and this is why we ordered in the 1st place (free shipping). They begin to tell me several times to keep it and well just send out the one you ordered. Well, it never came instead they sent me a return label for the item I never received but ordered. I spent the next 5-6 hours on the phone dealing with this not to get anywhere but to find out it seems like a big scam because they now said, you can keep the wrong item since you now don't have the box it came in (because of them) for return ad well give you 20% off. I told them this was problem began with and I originally wanted to return wrong item but they kept telling me to keep it. So now they can't refund my money because it does not have the box I got rid of it when they said to keep it several times. I felt weird so I tried contacting the corporate using a different number asking to speak with somebody who is in charge of this stuff. This new girl said oh it looks like you got the correct item (keep in mind I have sent them pictures of the wrong item in & out of the box) apparently there manufacturer calls it something different. All of this is BULL according to my order receipt of purchase it clearly states I ordered a Carmel color couch and accordingly to the wrong items box it states it's curry velvet. Even the wrong item box has different measurements then what I ordered. Now they won't refund my money unless I return the wrong item but that can't be done without a box which was thrown away because they told me to keep it. weeks ago. So my only option is to get a discount of only 20% on a couch I never ordered. HELP PLEASE I'm also going to contact elder scams, US military as I'm a US retired Maries wife who's husband just passed, ad local news affiliates to help investigate. This is a complete scam and they need to be contacted.
