I bought a King bed and got a twin, not once but TWICE. Turns out, they had the wrong SKU in their system and had I not requested that they check the size, I would have received the wrong size bed a third time. When I asked for a credit considering the time and effort it took to take care of this, I was given 20% off only to find out the bed was on sale for that price starting that day. This company has terrible customer service.UPDATE: Wayfair says in their response that its was 'resolved' but I'm still waiting on my order so no - not resolved.
