Foreign customer service turned of my credit card without my consent.Called for help re some Hertz charges post rental - the person I spoke to said to consider them as fraud and first wanted to replace my card, when I said no, proceeded to read a bunch of scripts and turned off my card.I explicitly said do not touch my card as it is the middle of the work week and I need to pay existing bills/pay gas but she went on and on regarding policy etc... well I hung up and after a few mins wouldn't you know it... she had turned off my card.Am going to cancel my credit card and close my other accounts, think thrice before choosing these guys for your banking outfit.
