Thought I would move debt from a high interest rate card and take advantage of the 0%. I got their reflect card at the beginning of the year and since then each month I have had to call because I get emails that my payment is late. EVERY time I call, I go through the same crap and they realize I have auto-pay setup, but cannot give me an answer as to why they are not taking the money out....it is an absolute S*** show...stay away.
