I've used this service for a decade

I've used this service for a decade. And ten years ago it was fine. This week the desktop app broke. It took me 2 days to get a human response to my service ticket. And when I did, they told me that the subscription price is increasing, the desktop app is currently broken (nothing about fixing it), and that I should use the website. This is the last straw. The service has always been overpriced, but at least it used to be simple and work. Now they log me out once a month, and reset my defaults so that my files only live on their server for a week. Their customer service sucks. I hate this company, and I'm going to find something else.
