Appalling.

Appalling. WeTransfer have changed the functionality of the Pro account (which they charge for) removing the ability to change the ‘from’ email address which is how we use it, they are refusing a refund and refusing to return the functionality. Outrageous arrogance, and complete disregard for customers and their businesses. They are saying they never intended for the functionality in the ‘from’ email to be used by users. - ridiculous! Why provide functionality, charge for it and expect users not to use it.
