Thank god I chose Wordfence!Contest: I am building a website for our company hosted in BlueHost. I am still not 100% expert I have to say so I made mistakes at the beginning, the first one was not clearing the whole directory and databases already existing.Turns out there was a malware on the directory, and months later after building the website it broke everything, I even had no access to it.I got in touch with Bluehost and they offered me to buy a package with their partner, which I won't name. At first I agreed.. They told me they would call, day passed and nothing. I tried to contact them directly, multiple times.. nothing. I came to check on TrustPilot and the reviews were horrible, terrible support center, super slow and they weren't solving problems.So.. I searched for other solutions and I found Wordfence. The online feedbacks were super positive so I got in touch with the sales department asking how to proceed. They answered IMMEDIATELY. In a couple of hours we exchanged something like 10 emails where they explained me what to do and how to proceed.I purchased the service, I gave them access (They were supporting me and guiding me through it, with quick answers by email) and in literally 24 hours our website was free of malware, up and running again.Not only that, they sent me a 47-page report telling me what happened, and the immediate task to perform to make sure our website is now completely safe.When I had some troubles performing some tasks, Wordfence team did it for me.The service offered from BlueHost took more than a week of multiple contacts to solve nothing, while Wordfence solved my problems wuthin 3 days from my first email (With weekend in between).Wordfence just found a client for life.Thank you so much for the amazing service provided.
