I had a Premium license attached to a website I was no longer managing. I needed to know if I could retrieve the license for use on a different website that wasn't ready right away. Tiffany T. was able to show me that all that was needed was to click reset and the license would then be detached from the original website and ready to attach to my new website when I was ready.
