I've been using free Wordfence for several years on many of my Wordpress sites. I upgraded to Premium for one of my sites. I've had a few questions that were a bit tricky and I am really, really impressed that the technicians always respond quickly and go above and beyond and brainstorm with me on every aspect of my issue, EVEN if it may have nothing to do with Wordfence.
