Its a company that does not always deliver on the promised 24/7 support. Recently, l accidentally deleted my account and initially had no support or back-up to help restore it. Thanks to Trustpilot, however, an engineer from WordPress did eventually get in touch via email, confirming he had restored my deleted account.
