I was pretty skeptical when WPBeginner messaged me to assist with my website issues but they genuinely just wanted to help me and haven't asked for any money. They even have a page on their website explaining how they do make money and it's nothing to do with their 1 to 1 support. I was scared to touch my website for 3 years after my designer built it for me and I couldn't afford to hire him back; it actually got to the point where my work was so out of date that potential clients thought I was producing a lower standard of work than I currently am. I decided enough was enough and I needed to be able to add content myself and WPBeginner were brilliant helpers. They sent me tutorials, recommended plugins and even wrote me some custom bits of code when elementor was clashing with the custom CSS my designer had written. I hope I won't need any more assistance in the near future but their team are pleasant and enthusiastic so I won't feel worried about going back if I do.
