Please just ditch the chatbot. Your support people are generally very helpful, but to get hold of them you have to get the run-around from a useless bot for 10-20 minutes. Even if you just start by asking for a live rep it doesn't work - if you do, it will pretend to be connecting you, then just close and start over. I've never got through to a real person without giving up on being polite and "screaming" in all caps and/or calling the robot names, but once I do, the person I'm finally connected with is generally both helpful and competent. I appreciate that they have the authority to just help you troubleshoot instead of following a script and taking a message.
