I host a bunch of client sites on WPEngine. I am VERY happy with the chat support. The wait time is usually reasonable and i have always found (9.5 times out of 10) that their support people actually get INVOLVED in solving the problem. They know their product and take the steps necessary to resolve for you (instead of just pointing you to a help article) . Always very friendly.
