As described by others here. The Wall Street Journal makes it very difficult to impossible to cancel subscriptions. This is a deliberate strategy. The information we gather when reading their articles influences our views on things and our decisions. Some might be important investment decisions. The company that provides this information displays an unethical culture shaped by greed for profit. What else will people in such a company environment due to increase profits? Therefore, I would rather not be influenced by their articles which leaves the offerings of the Wall Street Journal with no value at all. Add the cost of subscribing and the hassle to cancel and it ends up to be of negative value and a waste of time.
