They make canceling the subscription as hard as possible on purpose. You have to make a long-distance phone call to the UK to cancel and it's absolutely ridiculous. It's a very bad business practice and I would never let anyone I know subscribe to them. I would consider keeping my subscription if they didn't have such a fraud-like cancellation policy. But they lost my trust.
