Terrible Customer Service My product arrived broken. I have had three 1 hour long interactions with HP each time they have promised to replace the product and told me someone would be in touch or an email would be sent. On each occasion nothing. If you are going to buy a HP product do not buy direct from HP. I have given up and accepted a £300 loss ..
