WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!… XboxOne was meant to deliver playtime and joy to my daughter, it delivered pain and technological frustration all the way, and it became impossible to run it. NO SUPPORT AT ALL from Microsoft despite numbers of promises from them. It is worth a court case!
