I had my credit card changed, and Xing sent me several warnings about service debt collection. I eventually signed in and canceled my subscription for service that I don't use. However, even though it says my subscription is canceled and I don't have Premium membership, they still want to charge me for full year of usage, even though they don't provide me with service. Instead of normally canceling my account for non-payment and allowing for grace period of 1-2 months for me to decide - they force you to pay even though you don't want to use them. This is least to say scam. I have stopped paying LinkedIn few years ago in a same manner, and everything went without any problems - they canceled my membership as I wanted. STAY AWAY FROM XING in huge radius - worthless service - terrible customer experience.
