I visited the Southampton store on Thursday and was instantly reminded why I never try things on in any Zara store. They are always filthy with what looks like weeks or months of fluff on the floor. Why can’t they sweep them or hoover? It really is disgustingly and not like any other shop I know. Clean your changing rooms!
